Greg Adler – Chair of the ORBA Board
Greg Adler is the Chairman of the ORBA Board of Directors. Greg is an Aftermarket Executive experienced in omni-channel and vertically integrated business. He is currently the President and Owner of Off Road Warehouse when he has five regional retail stores and web based sales. Greg is the past CEO and President of Transamerican Auto Parts/4 Wheel Parts where he transitioned the family owned business to PE ownership growing the business to $800m in revenue. Greg is a passionate off-road enthusiast and racer.
Jim Chick
A lifelong enthusiast sparked by an early motorsports addiction to off road motorsports Jim chose a career in the performance automotive aftermarket. With over 40 years’ experience, Jim has remained involved as land use advocate, competitor, enthusiast, and sponsor. Today, Jim is the Principal of Gearbox Consulting, creating, building, leading, and strengthening brands worldwide in the automotive aftermarket industry. Expertise in business strategy, business development leadership, operations, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and project management.Brad Franklin
Brad Franklin has been involved with the motorsports industry for nearly 40 years, most currently with Yamaha Motor Corporation USA in numerous and diversified positions within Yamaha’s service group. For the last 20 years he has served as Government Relations and Certification Division Manager, directly involved with vehicle compliance and regulatory issues as well as Land and Water access issues.
Franklin’s first experience with OHV recreation started early and took him to Southern California where he and his family make their home. He is an avid motorcyclist and rides as often as possible, including an everyday commute, rain or shine, and at least a few holiday rides. Franklin is an avid outdoorsman. From ATV riding in the desert, and snowmobiling in the mountains, to offshore fishing and hunting with his sons and close friends or backpacking the high Sierra, Franklin is very much at home in the outdoors.
Franklin has previously served as Commissioner on the California Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Commission, appointed by the Secretary of the Interior to the Outdoor Recreation Advisory Committee, Chairman of the American Watercraft Association and also as Chairman of Tread Lightly!’s Board of Directors for five years. He is an active member on many committees of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and board member for the Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation and Treadlightly! .
Franklin’s extensive experience with the power sports industry, his wide ranging outdoor interests, along with his proven ability to work with diverse individuals and groups, gives him the tools to be an effective champion of outdoor recreation.

Lindsay Hubley
Lindsay is an experienced public trade show and consumer event strategist with core competency in the enthusiast publishing and automotive aftermarket industries. Skilled in brand strategy and development, event management, and business acquisitions / restructuring. Personally dedicated to OHV land-use advocacy, fostering the careers of women and the future young executives in the automotive aftermarket.Lindsay started her career with Family Events producing events tied to the famed Petersen Publishing brands such as the Hot Rod Super Nationals, Car Craft Summer Nationals, 4 Wheel and Off Road Jamboree, and the Hot Rod Power Tour. The company was skilled at bringing the magazines to life through interactive experiences for each unique set of enthusiasts.
As the company grew and new trends continue to emerge, the team identified expansion targets to diversify their business. Lindsay and her team in 2008 expanded their portfolio from hot rod, muscle cars, and trucks to include off road and power sports with the acquisition of the Off Road Expo in 2009 and the Sand Sports Super Show in 2016.
In the end of 2018, Lindsay co-founded Lodestone Events and acquired Overland Expo, the premier series of overland events in the world bringing together all the camping, vehicle and motorcycle equipment and services you need to get outfitted and get going.
As the product of mentorship from leaders in the racing & performance, off-road, classic car and hot rod segments over the last two decades, Lindsay is passionate about mentoring the next generation of young industry leaders. Lindsay had the privilege of working with many young industry up-and-comers as part of my SEMA Young Executives Network (YEN). She spearheaded the development of SEMA’s Launch Pad Program, a “Shark Tank”-type program giving young entrepreneurs a platform to present their ideas in front of a panel of influential SEMA Member company executives. The young entrepreneurs that go through the Launch Pad program become dedicated SEMA members, volunteers and are serving today within the organization.
Lindsay is passionate about advocacy that protects the rights of automotive hobbyists. Her passion for off road makes her keenly aware of the challenges facing the future of off-road hobbyist's access to public lands. She has served on the ORBA board since 2011 and has worked alongside Tread Lightly! to ensure land access for OHV purposes.
Lindsay also co-founded the Overland Expo Foundation, a group of enthusiasts passionate about the protecting overland travel and the majesty of our public lands.
