ORBA President Fred Wiley attended a Business Summit in July with House majority leader Eric Cantor to discuss how OHV businesses are overcoming and still struggling with federal mandates that are choking small business. The private meeting for business owners was focused on needed changes to federal policy to boost job creation in the Central Valley.  Mr Wiley has attended a number of meetings this season with high ranking members of Congress to share the impact off-roading makes on the national economy and job creation. In addition Wiley thanked majority leader Cantor for support of the Cook bill to protect Johnson Valley OHV area.
