Ride ATVS Responsibly:
Never ride alone
Wear the appropriate safety gear
Be considerate of others on the trail
Don’t mix riding with drinking and or drugs
Ride only in areas where it is legal to do so
Respect the rights of private property owners
Do not litter – please dispose of trash properly
Make sure your ATV meets or exceeds the sound restrictions for the area you are recreating in
Dune Responsibly:
Never ride/drive alone
Do not litter – dispose of trash properly
Respect the rights of private property owners
Ride/drive only in areas where it is
legal to do so
Don’t mix riding/driving with
drinking and or drugs
Buckle up and/or wear the proper
safety equipment
Know what is on the other side of hills
or dunes before you go over them
Make sure your ATV meets or exceeds
the sound restrictions for the area you
are recreating in
Always be sure your vehicle is in proper working condition and that it can handle
the terrain you are about to traverse

4 Wheel Responsibly:
Buckle up – seat belts save lives
Be considerate of others on the trail
Always drive with at least one other vehicle
Don’t mix driving with drinking and or drugs
Drive only in areas where it is legal to do so
Respect the rights of private property owners
Do not litter – please dispose of trash properly
Always be sure your vehicle is in proper working condition and that it can handle
