Ride ATVS Responsibly:

  • Never ride alone
  • Wear the appropriate safety gear
  • Be considerate of others on the trail
  • Don’t mix riding with drinking and or drugs
  • Ride only in areas where it is legal to do so
  • Respect the rights of private property owners
  • Do not litter – please dispose of trash properly
  • Make sure your ATV meets or exceeds the sound restrictions for the area you are recreating in

Dune Responsibly:

  • Never ride/drive alone
  • Do not litter – dispose of trash properly
  • Respect the rights of private property owners
  • Ride/drive only in areas where it is
    legal to do so
  • Don’t mix riding/driving with
    drinking and or drugs
  • Buckle up and/or wear the proper
    safety equipment
  • Know what is on the other side of hills
    or dunes before you go over them
  • Make sure your ATV meets or exceeds
    the sound restrictions for the area you
    are recreating in
  • Always be sure your vehicle is in proper working condition and that it can handle
    the terrain you are about to traverse
